La Provincia de Córdoba, Argentina
From July 1-3, 2025, the province of Córdoba, Argentina, held its first international climate conference in the run-up to the COP30 Belén conference in Brazil this November. It was called Conferencia Climatica Internacional: Compromiso Latinoamericano. It also doubled up as the fifth circular economy conference, or "Cumbre Mundial de Economía Circular".

I had the honor of addressing the conference, emphasizing the "ecological power" Argentina has, given it was one of the few countries still running a biocapacity reserve.
